Eagle Lake House Reservation
$225 Fee (*plus security deposit)
Service Description
The rental is for the entire day from 8am to midnight. You may choose to pay in person or online during the booking process. Payment is due upon booking to confirm reservation. Eagle Lake House accommodates up to 50 people. A kitchen with an oven is available for use. Tables and chairs are also available for use during reservations. Rental includes: 5 - 6’ rectangle plastic tables 5 - 5’ round plastic tables 51 - folding chairs Broom, dust pan, mop, floor cleaner *Please remember to bring your own: paper towels, dish soap, dish sponge, all-purpose cleaner, towels/cleaning rags, supplies needed for decorations (tape, scissors, etc.) *A $200.00 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT IS DUE 2 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO RESERVATION. The security deposit is confirmed via pre-authorization on a credit card. The deposit must be made in person or over the phone with office staff. If security deposit is not received, the reservation will be cancelled and the rental fee will be forfeited.
Cancellation Policy
*All reservations will be reviewed by office staff prior to official confirmation. Accounts must be in good standing in order to rent facilities. If account is past due the reservation is subject to cancellation. RENTAL FEE IS DUE AT TIME OF BOOKING TO CONFIRM RESERVATION. REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT DUE 2 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT. IF DEPOSIT IS NOT RECEIVED ON TIME, THE RESIDENT FORFIETS THE RESERVATION AND RENTAL FEE. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO RENTAL DATE TO QUALIFY FOR A REFUND. *We accept check, money order, and all major credit and/or debit cards. Please see facility rental rules for information regarding release of deposit.
