Quick Guide – Building in Bar X Ranch

New Construction, Additions, or Changes

1. Review the Deed Restrictions for your section. Square footage minimums, allowed building types, and rules regarding property use can be found in the deed restrictions. 

2. Review the ACC Application. The application details all guidelines and required documents for building or change requests.

3. Ensure you fully complete the application and attach all required documents before you submit the application.

4. Submit the completed application either in person at the office (1169 Bar X Trail, Angleton, TX 77515) or via email to jessica@barxranch.org.

The application must be submitted no later than the third business day before the scheduled ACC meeting. The ACC meets the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month.
