Yes, yearly maintenance and mowing fees do apply.

As a member of the POA, you will be required to pay maintenance dues annually. Lots that are mowed by Bar X will also be responsible for an annual mowing fee. Invoices are sent in October, and payment is due by December 31st every year. Invoices paid via card are subject to a 3% convenience fee. Any account balance as of January 1st will be subject to a 10% late fee.

· Lake is a No Wake Zone

· Boat fishing will only be allowed 30 minutes before sunrise through 30 minutes after sunset. Night fishing before or after this time is prohibited.

· Currently, catches must be limited to (10) catfish per day, per person. Gar are unlimited. All other fishing is catch and release at this time. Catch rules and limits are subject to change.

· Trotlines are prohibited.

· No commercial fishing.

· No netting or seining fish.

· Property owner(s) must be present with guest(s) at all times.

· Property owner must have valid ID at all times.

· Pets must be on a leash at all times.

· The property owner(s) is/are responsible for any vehicles towed away in violation of the posted rules. Use the parking lot that is provided. No parking or driving on the levees.

· Alcoholic beverages are not allowed.

· No hunting, trapping, or discharge of firearms is allowed.
